My one complaint is that we don't hear back from Ecola when someone comes to inspect or do work and says that someone will be contacting us to finish. This happened twice this year: after the inspection, when someone needed to come to treatment, and again when the person who came to do the treatment was not able to fit into the area and said they would have to send someone smaller. Each time it was indicated to us that Ecola would call us to schedule, but both times we waited weeks, and then finally called you to get someone scheduled to come out.
