I've rented from this location many times and have never had an issue. This time when I arrived to pick my compact car I was told there weren't any left , but I would be upgraded for free to a Jeep. I didn't was a gas guzzling SUV, so I was told I could have the Corolla that was just returned, but I'd have to wait 30 for it to be cleaned. I inquired about two other compacts on the lot, but was told they weren't available. I was directed to a free upgrade for a Passat. As I left the lot I saw one of the compact cars I inquired about being rented to a person who came in 20 after me. I don't like the deceptive way the staff tries to steer you into renting a different car.
