Sadly, I had them install covered gutters because I wasn't cleaning my gutters very often. They weren't the cheapest, but I figured I'd have the large company behind me if anything went wrong. Well, the wooden fascia behind the gutters rotted. The fascia didn't rot all those years of a traditional gutter, but the new covered gutters... rotted. \r

So I called Home Depot, and the rep said (and I'm not kidding you) that the reason the fascia rotted was that I wasn't cleaning the gutters!!!! Said that to my face.\r

Tried going up the corporate ladder, but they didn't give a damn. I'm never going back to Home Depot for ANYTHING.
