I had the axles replaced on my car by Automotive Remedies due to CV boots/joints going bad. They let me know the job was done so I picked up my car and left. My car exhibited bad clanking/rattling when going over pot holes and when I tried driving over 45 mph to merge onto the freeway, the car began shuddering and wobbling. Something was wrong, I took the car back and they claimed the replacement axle was bad. They said they would try to "reset it" first before replacing, whatever that meant. Fact is, the mechanic didn't completely tighten everything up and sent me out on the road with my car in a completely unsafe condition. The mechanic claimed to have test driven for 3 miles on the freeway and saw no problem which is utter nonsense. The staff and management haven't apologized for wasting my time on the incomplete and unsafe job. If you like to be lied to and deceived by the people who charge far too much for unsafe work on your vehicle, then these are the guys for you.
