If this company openly advertised the hidden fees it charges such as vendor service fee of 10% for any/all repairs ( Property management involves coordinating property maintenance; that is what we pay the management fee for!); they would get absolutely no business. Instead, they hide their excessive fees in the fine print and have a steady revolving door of landlords who end up leaving after figuring out their scheme. Much more effective in the long run to just simply offer good service at a reasonable cost; you would keep your clients that way.
