From unpleasant to pleasant situation. I needed to have the 2"" drain pipe cleaned that serviced my kitchen and disposal. Wanted to use some one locally and didn't have success after describing the situation. One local finally came out took a look and said, didn't have the equipment to do the job.\r

Out of desperation looked up Roto- Rooter and to my surprise finally spoke with real friendly people and discovered they do a lot more than pipe cleanouts.\r

The front office in Boston was very cordial said they could send some one between two and four. A very nice gentleman showed up at four introduced himself as Joe was courteous, pleasant and estimated the cost of the work and I gave the O.K. to do it. \r

The important thing is the attention I received during the waiting time. No less than three calls detailing where help was, estimated time of departure and finally a call that help would show in about thirty minutes they were on their way. I really couldn't believe that much attention and courtesy. \r

Joe was pleasant, courteous and very competent, knew his stuff and got right to the problem I asked him how long he had been with Roto-Rooter and he said thirty years. That says a lot about a company and is probably one of the best recommendation they could receive. One they obviously earned.\r

I can't say enough about my first time experience with them. I do know I would call them for other plumbing matters as well and I recommend you do the same. It's a first class operation! And received a forty dollar discount in addition to all the pleasantries. \r
