WE have had a fantastic service call from Mike. He was knowledgeable\r
explained the problem and told us what to do.He was courteous and charged only a nominal charge(half of what Sears charges).\r
When called to come back to check something(it ended up being a problem with an outage with Comcast) he was more than gracious\r
to check.\r
I would recommend him to anyone who asked for a reputable service man. He was thorough and took his time to answer all questions we had.\r
