Orlando Sanford airport Enterprise Rent-A-Car experience was generally smooth. Only suggestion is the rental agent/employee should make customers aware of the route 417 toll road just outside the airport. The toll is automated exact change only with no attendants. A person not prepared for it drives through, the plate is photographed, Enterprise is billed by the toll company and then passed on to the renter with EXTRA fees well above the actual toll fee. One of those annoying things that could be avoided if the agents would inform the customer when checking out a car.
