We got what we paid for. We are not happy with the floor. We don't like the way it was laid, but I guess that's our problem and not anything they did. The guy who laid it was very nice. He was here a long time, it took all day. But I don't think he did a great job, the curbing was very poor at the doorways. They came back and looked at it, but it was too late to fix it. We can live with it, but it doesn't look good. This was our first time with Carpet Giant, they were recommended to us by a neighbor.
