Recently one of my cars was hit. Decided to look around at a couple places and see who I was going to EARN my business. After pulling into the lot and seeing all the clean car ports, I was impressed. First impressions thing.......\r
Next, as I was in the office and going over what I wanted done with Marriah , Lisa called for an estimater.\r
He walks into the office and says' "" I already did a walk around and started the estimate. Second empression.\r
So I tell him I am going to shop around and I will make a desision by the end of the day and I will have the insurance agent contact him.\r
He asks who. I give hima first name only and he replies. Is her last name .............? I have been working with her for years. We know each other well. Third impression.\r
I figures why waste any time. \r
I asked them to start the work and was given a 5 day estimate.\r
I got my car in 4.\r
I hope I don't need then again, but if I do.
