I was very disappointed in the treatment of my daughter to have her vehicle service. First when I made the appointment I told them she would need a ride and they said no problem. When she got there they told her they could not give her a ride. But the service person at the desk said he would see if someone in sale could give her a ride but then never follow through. So my daughter had to call me to come get her to be in class on time so I had to drive from Ray City. When she first came into Hyundai the individual never talk to her and when he did he told her he needed her keys. I think your personal should treat everyone the same whether young or old. I have never had an issue until recently. I'm very disappointed since we have purchase three vehicles from Hyundai. more
