The service team is always polite and helpfull. We dropped our Genesis off on a Thursday in what was expected to be a drop off and pick up later that day. However the recall part was not available. On the following Tuesday the service department called to tell us the car was ready. Just before we arrived the service department called to tell us the car was not ready after all. The service department did finally arrange a rental car since the car was not going to be ready for several more days. On the following Thursday our car was finally ready and we were told it was washed and ready to go. The recalled item was fixed but the car had not been cleaned including greasy fingerprints all over the interior dashboard and glovebox areas. We have used this service department several times before and never had this type of experience. Hopefully we will have better luck in the future.
