Overall, I am quite pleased with the service. No problems with pests and we used their heat treatment for termites last year. Occasionally, their service personnel will forget to leave a service notice when they come to our property to treat our house. On these occasions, we only have their word that they came. However, they are quite happy to redo the service in those cases for our peace of mind.
