Usually my visit to the dealership have been very pleasant and inviting. But my last visit I can't honestly say either. Upon arrival and waiting my turn, I was greeted by the customer service person with "I'll be with you in a moment", which turned into "moments". Secondly, I was able to give her my name and that I was scheduled for an oil change and before I could say anything else, I was interrupted and ask where my car was parked, ask for my keys and the person proceeded to go and get my car, without giving me the chance to say that I had other concerns. It was clear that she was abrupt in her service, yet I observed a more gentle interaction with a previous customer who approach her at the same time that I was ask to wait and she interacted with this customer in a very different tone. After I tried to make light of her abruptness by asking her had she been very busy and yet her answer was still short and abrupt. Sorry that my encounter wasn't as pleasant as it has been in the pass. Customer service interactions are very important. more
