Too bad so sad for me. I too was taken in by the ""nice guy"" attitude. I needed a repair on my ice maker. Was told a price and I agreed. Was told it was on back order. Got a second opinion that stated he actually made things worse by not turning off the electicity and shorted out something which cost me more money. Just want to know if anyone actually took him to small claims and did you win. PS he never responded to my emails about an ETA for installation of these new parts
