First off, Fiat of Fremont answered their phone. Matt Moore was very personable, provided me the lease special over the phone. Even though he was with another client, he totally made sure I was taken care of and didn't make me wait too long. The finance part was super quick and non of that BS sales pitch of extra jargon for more commission. Matt is a sales person with integrity. I like that they deliver the car to your home with no extra charge. Matt was also super responsive with his text messages even when he was off from work.
