My last experience was far from positive. I got charged for the gps tracking system twice and have not received a response from the Company despite calling and having the phone ring with no one answering. I also emailed them with no response. The extra charges were $44.00 so no small charge. The GPS system also was not the greatest. The real point here is that they charged me after the fact and added that to my credit card which I now have to dispute and no one answers the phone or is responding to my email. I am not happy with my most recent experience and I am finding the company's lack of responding to emails or answering the phone troubling, not to mention the incorrect charge for the tracking system of $88 for three days. Not happy! more
