Felt like Roto-rooter flat rate pricing was way to high for what you get. I felt like a used car salesman just entered my house and before they even looked at what was wrong they said it will be 300.00. By that time what are you going to do but agree to it. The woman on the phone( the owner I think) was super great and very customer service oriented but it stopped with her. I know it is a job that needed to get done but I was glad our plumber was at our house while Roto rooter was here because I feel like I would of been given some not such great advice.
