The reason that the landscape gets a 9 is that my lawn when totally dead and even without grass and is only dirt on the majority of the right side of my yard. My husband and I had to add grass ourselves and all the while I got a visit from the company and they might give it a treatment but never come back to check it progress which was o progress. I called the owner and he came out and I ask him what he would do if he paid such good money every month and his lawn looked like it does. He said he would not be happy. I have contracted that they bring in dirt and new grass and he has given me a 10% discount. I think the grass should be given to me and I will pay for the dirt and some labor. They let it go all the way down to dirt. So there you go!!!!!!
