The inspector missed a rocking/leaking toilet. and resultant rotted floor. After several discussions our inspection fee was rebated to us. The repair cost was several hundred dollars beyond the inspection fee. Now we find the inspector missed a deck support that is 75% off the support pier, a rotted patio door and a rotted window. Overall a poor inspection, which will result in several thousand dollars more out-of-pocket repair cost to us vs the seller!
