I bought a new car from Voss and noticed upon delivery that my headlights had some condensation in them. They immediately ordered new ones and said they would replace them for free when they came in. When I was notified they came in, I scheduled an appointment first thing when they opened and was told that it would only take 30-40 minutes to complete. Being that I work about 30 minutes away from the store, it would have been a waste of time to take a loaner car for this service and I opted to stay in the waiting room. Hindsight, this was a mistake. The service ended up taking an hour and a half to complete, with no one coming to tell me it was taking longer than expected, and only a quick apology when I went to ask and when was finally done. I sat there thinking, it has to be done any minute now-- but it wasn't and I was 2 hours late to work because of it, instead of the 45 minutes I had expected to be. more
