Terrible service 3/31/2015

DO NOT BOOK WITH GRAND TRAVEL AND CRUISE. We booked a European River Cruise through them and experienced some of the worst customer service possible. My husband and I ended up contacting Viking multiple times to get information when Liz would not return our emails. My last correspondence with Liz is from October 10th- we just returned from our trip on March 29th. I tried to contact her multiple times about getting seats with extra leg room, going a day or two early, my passport information, etc. and I never heard back from her. She did not send me the plane ticketing information like she was supposed to, we had to contact Viking for it. She did not send us the packets with luggage tags and such, we had to contact Viking and they shipped them directly to us. I am disgusted that Grand Travel is going to be getting commission from our trip when they did nothing to earn it. Take your business else where. more
