The car was great but the service was questionable! The initial person that helped me appeared to have a bad attitude when handling my special set of circumstances. The manager came behind her, he was previously aware of my circumstances and took care of what I needed to be done. I have had some good experiences with enterprise rent-a-car, as well as some not so good experiences. The people handling the customers need to be trained in being customer courteous. If you want my business, one needs to act like it.
