I recently moved to HB after a few years in Carlsbad, where I maintained my Toyota at the Carlsbad dealership. Sufficed to say, the services and experience I had at the Carlsbad dealership were incredibly bad. So, trying out another dealership was difficult for me to consider, but I decided to give it a shot.
I am glad I did. Omar took amazing car of me and my vehicle. He pulled the records, saw I had paying out of pocket for work that was covered under warranty at the Carlsbad dealership (another story), recommended a recall fix that was outstanding (again missed by Carlsbad dealership), and in general provided excellent customer service. He was engaging, thoughtful and really had a vested interest in my satisfaction. Omar single-handedly restored my faith in Toyota dealership and reminded me why I bought a Toyota in the first place. So, thanks Omar. You rock and, strangely, I'll actually look forward to bring my truck back for the next service.
