A Horrible and misleading experience!!! Do not use! When I called to inquire, I was told that the cleaning service will cost me $179.00 total. When I confirmed this information with the lady (name is JACKIE) not once was I told there would be any sort of first time user deposit involved. I received my bill and there was a charge of NOT ONLY $179, but A $258.00 deposit on top of that. \r

I later called back to explain my situation as above and how I was not told nor aware there would be an addition $258.00 deposit on top of my $179.00 cleaning charge. They told me there is nothing that they could do for me. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!\r

There is nothing on their website that states such charges!!! This company is a complete scam!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are plenty of other cleaning services that will not charge you an OUTRAGEOUS FIRST TIME USER FEE!!!
