The oil change was completed and the bill was higher than normal for the service (oil change & tires). My husband who brings the oil & filter was charged again for the filter. He called to make sure the charges were correct and the service manger remembers he always brings the oil & filter admitted there was a mistake and asked what they could do to correct this. This is why we go to this dealership! They are honest and have always treated us right.
