We have rented cars from Enterprise before and had very good service and vehicles. This particular instance was not a very good experience. The interior of the car had a terrible odor. We believe it might have been cigarettes but it was overpowering. We attempted to eliminate it by spraying Fabreze on the upholstery. It helped some but didn't eliminate the odor. \r

Secondly the interior of the windshield was filthy. We drove home from the pickup point in a rainstorm and could barely see out the windshield.\r

Needless to say we were not pleased with the vehicle given to us.
