The representative is great, but the cars are dirty. I have dropped off my car for service and have had to pick up a car a couple of times. This last time the car was full of dog hair.\r
I was charged wrong amount on my card, however it was corrected after I made a call.\r
Overall ok, but cars should get cleaned.
