I rented a mini van in Pensacola for four days. Enterprise advertising to pick you up & return you is not correct. I had to get my own transportation there but they did return me after. The men at this office were very nice & polite but check in & check out took way too long. I've rented from many other rentals much easier. The car was rented to me with the gas tank half full & I was told to bring it back half full. That is a math problem in itself. Needless to say I didn't judge quite right. The van was dirty when I rented it & the center storage compartment was broken which kept falling down & bumping everyone in the head. It had been unsuccessfully taped several times. I would have to consider renting from Enterprise in the future.
