Not happy with my experience with this location and recommending to my frequent traveling coworkers and friends to not use this location. Reasons for this are several. First issue- I made my reservation on October 21 to pick up a minivan on Feb 28 but when I go to pick up my rental- no mini-van!! But the worst part of my experience is that after returning the mini-van shortly after close on Sunday I find that I am charged for an extra day- another $70! To add to the frustration the 'manager' won't take calls, opting instead to have his/her employees drag the process out more than needed, adding to frustrations. Needless to say I do NOT recommend renting from this location.
