I thought I had made it through this frigid winter without any freezing problems, but on Saturday, March 7 that all changed. I heard a terrible rumbling and clanging of pipes and then the sound of water rushing. At first, I thought it was at my neighbor's house, but quickly realized something was terribly wrong in my house! I turned off some of the water feeds and the sound stopped. \r

I called several plumbing companies who said they couldn't help me until Monday afternoon or evening or they did not answer at all. Then I called Catons Plumbing and spoke with Earl. He reassured me that someone could help me as soon as I gave the word and that they were available 24/7. I had determined that the problem might involve the outside faucet and it was getting dark. Earl told me that someone would be at my house in Towson on Sunday morning between 8 and 12. \r

Nick arrived at 10:05 Sunday morning and couldn't have been nicer. He was polite, informative and professional. He did a thorough job with the repair and then walked me through what had caused the problem and what he had done to correct it. \r

I have to say I was extremely impressed with Catons Plumbing! I will definitely call them the next time I need assistance and will heartily endorse them to my friends.\r

Thank you, Catons!\r
