This place is a joke, besides the fact the two men there are not on the same page, (Justin & Ryan). Stories are inconsistent. You have to call twice in order for them to even answer the phone. Hertz gave my boyfriend a rental car with no de-icer & bad tires during a winter storm warning. He works majority in the car, overnight! Real smart. I'm happy that I care for Hertz as much as they do for their customers. Maybe Enterprise should buy them out to show them how a successful business should be ran? Never again
