I first visited here on a recommendation from where I was working at the time. The staff was pleasant although it took them a week to let me know what the problem was. They recommended a replacement transmission. Here's where the fun starts. Once I was able to pay them to start the work, it was another three weeks for them to recive the replacement transmission and install it. I had to repeatedly call for updates when I was very specific in updating me with progress. I had to chase them down continually. Finally the replacement transmission arrived and everything was fine and dandy..... for five months. Now the replacement transmission has failed spectacularly and thankfully it was warrantied. However, I am again at almost three weeks having to chase someone down for updates when promised regular updates. Once this repair is hopefully resolved, I will not darken the door of this company again. Nor will I recommend them to anyone else. By tje way, no compensation has been offered for keeping me without a vehicle for so long. I haven't yet decided if I want to press this matter legally.
