I arrived on time with an appointment to have my truck's oil changed. It took 32 minutes for me to be seen by a service advisor. The initial advisor I was assigned to didn't not care if I was there or not, and basically ignored me. When told by a co-worker that I was waiting, he said "I have too many other customers," and he left it at that. I was later greeted by a very nice and attentive advisor that took care of my needs without incident. I have heard this happens often at your store, however previous to this experience I had no issues at all. Based on the ease of your location, and the second service advisors professionalism, I might revisit to have service performed. more
