After having membership in the various Abacus Clubs to ensure response ahead of the general public, we finally needed service. Abacus told me we would have to pay an additional fee for after hours service or wait 1t week to get scheduled. Since I had already paid for early response and they tell me to pay up or wait, I will not be renewing with Abacus.
