I have been an Enterprise customer for years. This location - I would usually praise, but after my recent experience I am beside myself. I was over charged for my rental after explicitly being told I was being charged a specific rate.Thank God for the note I sent the manager confirming what we had discussed! When I attempted to get this rectified, I was dealt with in a very condescending manner by staff who only wanted to use semantics to prove why they were 'correct'. Never mind that after calling to extend my rental a few hours I was advised otherwise! Because of the lack of training as well as ethics I had to take time out of my busy work day to listen to people belittle me and mutter under their breath to nearby colleagues. In the end I was given a refund for the amount I was overcharged but the attitude of the staff is disgraceful towards customers. They are unable to address customer concerns in a professional and sincere manner which is such a disappointment - as I used to be q
