This truly is a tough one. I am very upset with Subaru for how long it took to send parts and authorize service. I know it is not really the dealers fault my car took 5 days short of 4 months to get fixed.
With that being said, they fixed all my problems. My car now shifts better than it ever did and I am appreciative that they did a thorough check of my engine and fixed a boost leak.
Also, Subaru only covered $1000 of a $1800 job, but somehow I only paid $600, so I think they helped me out as I am a college student
All in all I am very happy. They answered all my calls, and there were a lot, and they were very nice and respectful.
Did I mention my car drives better than it did off the lot new. It was always difficult to get into gear, but now it is very smooth
