I was disappointed in Wolde Flooring's customer service after their work was done. I love dealing with Vicky. She helped me pick out my flooring and granite, and that was a good experience. After they installed the granite, I didn't hear back from them until three weeks later to get my flooring done. They never followed up to see how everything went.
About three weeks after everything was installed I still had to pay the other half, but there were a few spots that they didn't cover, and I didn't want to pay the full price until it was taken care of. About three weeks later I got a call saying that I still owed money. I was out of town, and as soon as I got home I received three panicked voicemails from them. When I got back into contact with them, I told them that I was disappointed that they didn't call after everything was installed. They said that they normally do that, and did not know how it had fallen through the cracks. In the end they fixed everything, and the people who put the granite in did a great job. I just have kind of a sour taste in my mouth after that disappointing customer service.
