About mid-December we received a diagnosis of cancer in the upper jaw of our 12 year old Bichon. Our vet referred us to VRCC and we met with Dr. Gustafson on Jan 6, 2015. From first contact by phone until checkout at the facility the experience was positive. Dr. Gustafson, her colleagues and staff at VRCC were at the same time efficient and caring, truthful and encouraging, honest and gentle. Through the process they were supportive and relieved our anxieties and provided a number of alternative plans for our consideration with compassion and integrity. I believe their skills and abilities to be comprehensive and excellent and their counsel credible and trustworthy. If the need arises again I will have no apprehensions about seeking the help of this fine facility and the people in it who make it so.
