it is always something different whenever I rent from these guys, there is always a ""new"" policy. Wanted to add my son as a additional driver as I have many times before, however this time b/c of the ""new"" policy they wanted him to have a credit card, why? so he couldn't be added, said each additional driver needed to have one, then when returned the car, didn't want it charged to my card wanted to pay cash, now another ""new"" policy, all of the sudden they no longer take cash. they make up policies as they go along. Reserved a standard size car, they wanted to give me a compact b/c that's all they had. Why reserve if you're going to give me what you want me to have and then charge me more for a smaller vehicle. I wouldn't recommend renting from this company, you can't change policies as you go along.
