i had a few spots on my sweater that i identified when i dropped it off (they were on the inside of the lower sleeves, its because that is the cuff of the sleeve when i roll back the ends) - the spots were still there when i got my sweater back, so i was a little disappointed, especially at ~$22.
would it be possible to get a price list? i like my bed sheets to be pressed, but Tiffany's does have sticker-shock for most items, so i really only get the essentials done there.
The welcome packet was well done, (pen, pad, spotters) nice touch.
