David Kennedy has been extremely responsive for the 8 months that I have rented through TR Lawing. This includes actually personally moving a basketball goal after lawn care people accidentally moved it. It also includes getting someone to the house to fix a gate in less than 8 hours - much needed as we needed to get trash bins behind the gate while still keeping our puppy safe.
