I contacted A-1 American services on November 11,2015 because I was having a problem with our heating unit. I spoke with a representative from the company in the Virginia Beach office and within minutes she made me feel assured that A-1 America was the way to go. An appointment was set up for a 4 hour window and a professional and friendly representative was at my door as promised the work was done and in no time our heat was restored. I will call A-1 America for future needs to our home and tell my friends about the service.
