The service tech has always been on time, and a couple of times he was earlier then the designated time.Any problems would be taken care of immediately without question, and done with a pleasant attitude. I think I have had 2 or 3 techs since I've had this service, and every one has been very respectful and knew what they were doing. I have been pleased with the service, and that's why I have continued with Terminix all this time.
