Tim was very kind and courteous but I would have appreciated Martha apologizing, rather than ignoring her mistakes and us. If I had not, been, a,long,time customer I might not, have returned. No one likes to wait especially on oxygen, for hours, only to find out, martha, did not, let anyone know that we, were, sitting there and our van had not even been looked at, especially,since we had asked for,a ride home and she asked us,to, wait, while, they, looked into, why, the, light came on
