Asked for my wiper blades to be changed at the first 5k service because I thought they were streaky, but the service agent said they were ok and would not authorize changing them under the Toyota maint plan at no charge. This annoyed me greatly, but I didn't push the issue. The next day when I used the wipers they were streaky and I regret not challenging the agent. This is about not listening to the customer. more
