Major SCAM artist with little respect towards his customers. DO NOT USE this company unless you love getting ripped off. Warranty is useless so don?t even bother asking anyone to honor it. I considered taking this jerk to small claims court but figured he would be a no show and in the end I would be out over $100 in fees and never see a dime. I hope that with this review people will decide to go elsewhere for repairs and hitting this company hard in to wallet. \r

Several months ago the sound went out on my TV, I ran a local search and this company came up first even though they are over 70 miles from me. Their website stated that they work would be performed in home. Sergio answered and we set up an appointment. Long story short, he showed and said he needed to take it to the shop and would bring it in a couple of days. 2 weeks later the set arrives. Wahoo we have sound; however the picture quality is crap with a defined line down the middle of the screen. Bring this to his attention he does a factory reset, still crap. His fix for this washed out color and back light issue is telling us to watch HD channels. As a bonus we can no longer turn off the TV, or take a chance of it never turning on again.\r

Bottom line I suspect the main board he replaced was used, or a cheap knockoff. \r
So do yourself a favor and don?t use this company.
