Trying to find a hotel in Yonkers, NY is not easy. Only two seem to come up on web searches: the Royal Regency and the Ramada Yonkers. We chose the Ramada since it was close to the site we were going for an event. We were happy we did! The Royal Regency is all torn up in front and is located just about on the Tuckahoe Road exit ramp of the NYS Thruway (tons of traffic!). The Ramada was just down Tuckahoe Road, but located away from the road on a hill surrounded by trees. It felt rather secluded from all the hustle and bustle. It was clean and spacious. We ate breakfast in their restaurant and it was excellent.
