UPDATE: This company is now basically harassing me and my husband to remove this review which is MY true and factual opinion on a company that personally doesn't care about customer service in the least!!! They are still not willing to fix the problem at large. That is not the way to gain customers! STAY AWAY from this company unless you want to be threatened months later! I have since filed a complaint with the BBB. **I highly discourage using them if you are shopping for counter tops. After carefully selecting our pieces of marble for our kitchen and being asked what kind of edging we wanted they were delivered incorrectly. I said something to the installers but their reply was ""we can't do anything about it, we just install"". Not only did they get the edging and corners incorrect, whatever plastic covering they place on the marble for delivery left noticeable marks and lines across our whole island piece! I called the company several times, left emails for our salesperson and it was almost a week before our message was returned with a laugh in our face that we picked out marble what should you expect. I expect my piece to be pristine when it is delivered and installed! They tried to make amends but it really wasn't good enough! Some guys came out to fix the lines and they made it worse than before when they tried to buff it out! Its a mess and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone in the area.
