My experience on 11/20 was outside of the norm. There was no wait for service, however it did take 3 instances of numbing agent to numb my mouth enough for me not to feel the drilling. I also spent two days after the cavity filling pulling fragments of the drilled tooth from my gums and cheek. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I just feel like this particular instance left something to be desired on the skill side of things as I have never had fragments of a tooth left in my mouth like that or had a month left this sore by a procedure.
